Does anyone know of some good, free photoshop plugins... I'm getting tired of the custom ones, and I'm looking to tinker around a bit...
To start of the list, a couple are listed on this site (they are demos though)... http://www.eyecandy.com

Huh. This Google search turned up a few sites, but I remember one site that had dozens of plugins.... a mans name was part of the URL... Ed or something like that. (man I sure miss DaveCentral...) |

You may also want to check out this this list: Comprehensive links for Photoshop
Most of them are tutorials, but sometimes you can find other things relating to the program.
Is there any particular effect you are looking for? |

Well, thanks guyz... I was hoping that someone had a personal favorite that was free and did great effects. The free ones I encountered are not that great. In other words, I'm looking for stuff that is useful (like the eyecandy plugins) and is freeware.... I guess they don't exist . In particular, I was looking for some sort of metal plugin (chrome doesn't quite do the trick, and doing it from scratch is a pain ) ... and some other stuff that you could just tinker around with and produces some great effects.
I never thought of using WinMX for PS plugins... I might give that a shot... tks.
Shahani, I'm using Photoshop 6.0 .... I use it for work mainly.

Try to ask at this link: Link removed Waldo, while there seems to be some useful information there, there's also alot of information about illegal software cracks. Linking to such sites is prohibited at TechIMO. PM or email me if you have any questions - Fingers/TechIMO Moderator Quote: |
