Photoshop 7 Channels
I'd really appreciate some links for understanding usage of channels. I do know a little and the online help/manual have been referred to but they are kinda basic.
What I am looking for are techniques.
I did try googles but didn't come up with anything good. At the Public Library the books were on Photoshop 3. Barnes and Noble do have some good books but I don't want to spend $100 after the huge amount I spent on PS7.
Thanx in advance.

Thanks, fritz. Pretty good site. I signed up for a free tutorial class at Barnes and Noble University as well.

Books are good too, some come with multimedia CD's where every step is explained.

Here ya go Fritz:

Just be careful in reading the fine print for the courses. They try to sell you course material so don't opt for that or any books. They are very persuasive and even call you at home (I think ex cars salesmen). Just sign up for the free classes and do your work regularly. All free. they even send you email reminders.
CM: after the system I ordered yesterday (http://www.techimo.com/forum/t38504.html
) I have no money to buy books.
