Need interface help...

I'm making a PS2 Madden Online league on Geocities to keep stats and what not and I need some help with the front page where the links will go and what not. I have an idea but I'm not the greatest with PS, I mean I'm ok but not to where I can make interfaces.

Can someone help me? Heres the idea I have, it's just a quick simple sketch to get the idea, it's a smaller version of course

I also wanted to get the official NFL logo and take out the N, then put in a G since the league is called GFL (Gamespot Football League).

Can't it be made in Photoshop? Thats what I meant the whole time, then sliced?

Why not make a BG with the logo's,color effects and so forth, then use it as the BG for the site and use a table to place the links and content where you want them

Yeah I wanted to do this but again I'm not too great with PS.

OK here is something you could set as the BG when code the page. Then make a table to place your content and links where ya want them. I jus made a ruff draft of an image for a BG.
