Paluccie: that looks great! The only concern I would have are those for your dial-up customers, who may not be able to load your intro page very quickly. Other than that, very professional and polished in my opinion.

I don't like intro pages. Especially ones you can't skip. Only thing that could be worse is if it also made a beep come out of my computer speaker...oh it did.

Minus your intro page, the rest of the site is nice and well done. Although I'm not so hot for that ComputerTex logo. I'm not even sure why exactly I don't like it...it just is too ... bland I guess. It's too easy to forget. Something about that blue on blue on a blue background...it doesn't "stick" in my memory.

But I don't mean to be a complete downer...the layout is nice and professional.

I agree with Outpatient, I don't like Flash Intro Pages in which you can't skip the intro.. so you should probably create a "Skip Intro" link that links to your home page..

I don't really like the logo either.. hmm.. well dats my opinion, but the logo is too bluish.. you should try and constrast the colours a bit more.. also try and add some more graphics to the logo, the 2 images not enough imho.. other than that it looks quite nice!

Prehaps you should ask a Photoshop guru to suggest some ideas or prehaps create an image/logo for you?

Well just realised another thing.. don't add too many "!!!!!!!!!" on the bottom thing (it's called marquee or something is it?) kinda pretty annoying and kinda ruins the professionalism a bit

    late

as you ask ... just my late 2c ...
I think that the subline to your logo distracts too much from the logo itself (maybe a little more distance would help) which also (as already mentioned by OuTpaTienT) is not really impressive.

To my opinion this is due to he fact that it is somehow blurred (and it is not the bluish theme that accounts for that, see http://www.reply42.de/CTeX.jpg / just a quickie ). Perhaps the underline adds up to it as it crosses the 'p'). I guess this conflicts with a general common bias that computer technology is more exact and not fuzzy.

I myself have a little trouble with the combination of this purple (?) pic and the logo blue, but thats just my taste.

"Click below for details ?" Where? Why not give incredible prices a function or so?

The introduction could be a litlle more striking and gives the chance to by emphasizing link (a) catchword(s) to your brandname (quality/care/reliability; not possible with the text as given because these words are to much clustered).

No need to say that the contact page must be there.

I would give the service request page the blue as a background to be consistent.

I have also a little problem with the "mode-shift" (I totally miss the proper word here) that you introduce with regard to your brand (CompterTex itself -singular and plural as well as we and we at - at least confusing to me, but do not mind, nobody else really reads it).

    CC.

P.S.: I will invite you to rate myself once I manage to get things done

Nice. I generally don't like intro pages either, but that one looks very good. And I'm on dialup, and it still only took it about ten seconds to load it up. But I agree, the skip intro is still a good idea for those 28.8 users.
