HTML >> FLASH ?

Hey, the site is http://www.munkys.com here is the problem. If you go there you will see an attractive looking site (i hope!) yes yes yes, i know it lacks content. THATS THE PROBLEM! I run my own linux server so I just like to update the html files normaly. Since I redid the site I have been trying to figure out a good method of display the central box as a full fledged browser. Right now all I have is a textbox with a custom made scroll bar that load the text from .txt files as variables. It sucks!!! The tags work like crap and formatting looks as bad as windows runs :-p I need to find a way to get HTML to display in perfection, and if possible not something I will worry about, but I wanted to have my forum (php) be displayed in the same box.
Please help me, this could lead to metal stress...i'm already spending too much time on this, (and the funny part is its not for a client just me!)
