    i need gif help

     
    i need some help.. i am figuring out a new layout for my site, ditching frames for a table, new buttons ect..

    i want to make all those pictures white on transparent, however i have some problems:

    psp wont do transparency
    animation shop adds a black outline which looks terrible
    photoshop saves them and they look like complete trash
    image ready looks as crappy as photoshop

    is it just the font? are there any tips i should use? specific saving settings?...

    well, its not that horrible.. i dont think it will get any better.. its kind of like how animation shop saves them, so maybe it will be good enough
    the black outline blends in ok i suppose.. i guess im just too picky
