    Logo Help...please

Hi all. I am working on a website for my guitar player's recording studio, and I am just having no luck developing a creative logo. I was wondering if anyone out there would be willing to give it a try. The name of the studio is High Concept Studio. The website is at http://www.highconceptstudio.com The website color theme is going to be green similar to the text there, black, and grey. Any ideas at all would be greatly appreciated.

    TIA
    Baron

I like that...would probably prefer lighter green text or maybe even white for ease of reading...very nice.

    http://flamingtext.com/

Yeah....... I actually forgot about them...

Based on the gimp also.... different fonts and it doesn't do alot of things the gimp can. Layers, new fonts, etc.......... but it does do alot of similar things since it is based off the gimp.

I think there is a script that you can run on a Linux based server that will do about the same thing as the website listed above.

The Script-Fu logo's that I created above using the gimp is just the tip of the iceberg of what the gimp can do. It is very powerful, and a great tool.

Plus you can't beat the price.......... Free

As a general rule of thumb I usually work with things like web logos at twice their intended size and only shrink them down to the needed size as a final step.

With these....honestly...I just forgot that they were still double-sized and now that they're already here I don't feel like shrinking them right at this minute (and uploading them all again).

If Baran wants one of them and needs help resizing it, all he's got to do is ask.

I'm with out.......... it looks way better to shrink that big logo down.......... than try to "blow" it up bigger

That's why I usually make my logo's 750 pixels wide (fits 800x600 width) and just shrink them down if I want them smaller.
