| removing text from graphic
heyal,
what program would be suited to removing text from a graphic file?
have to make custom buttons in theme using company logo but need to remove the text from the logo and need to know which prog would be best to do this?

I would think that you would have to fill in what is or should be behind the text. I think you would have to use a area select tool and then delete it and fill it in.
Maybe you could post it up here and see what NDC or someone could do with it. |

either what CW said.. or use the Stamper tool in photoshop.. It would be good to see the image u were wanting to work on.. I'm sure some of us wouldn't mind helping.. or showing u a way..

Most painting programs should do it by stamping or painting over the text, helps also available if you post the pic of the button then we could help you clear it or make new button pic  |

well i made banners and buttons and even changed the heading text ...could
I ask a favor and could yal look at it to see what you think?
I put up a one page called Testing on the website to show the the changes and get his approval or disaproval.

Not bad for a start.. a few things.. maybe try a differen background.. and 2 darken up the lettering in the banner.. and the 2 bottom links.. and 3.. raise the text in the other links.. put the letting in the sky not on the moutians.. as the moutians make it hard to read the text
viewed in IE 5 Resolution 1600x1200x32 on a 19 inch
I think it is a good start.. and it will get better as u get a feel more for what ppl r looking for.. IMO
