Also another thing notice is that if i want to edit an image it wants to open with either fireworks or MS Photo Editor. So if i go to Open With, and go to want to select Photoshop. its not listed in there. It should be.

Edit: nevermind got this one part fixed.

Now to figure out how to unlock the stupid images.

Unlocking the image isn't that hard to do. You will have to locate the script that is blocking the right click on the page. (If that is what you mean.)

As far as the Photoshop listing, make one in your Send to: folder.

Cheers!

locate the script that is blocking it?

The images that I want to edit are the links buttons on our page.
Not sure what you mean by locate the script that is blocking it. If you can tell me what that is I might be able to find it. Perhaps???

okay i got two folders in this directory.

one is called

_vti_cnf
headings
then then all the images.

the intersting thing is that the _vti_cnf one if i open that folder all the same images are again in that folder as well as the main folder.

But can't edit those in the vti folder says something about its been trucated or something.

okay reading through the help files and it states this.

Quote:
Note: For type layers, Lock Transparency and Lock Image is selected by default and cannot be turned off.

does this mean I have to create all new buttons? They are basically just a blue bar with text in it.

???

If it is, you will have to recreate all the buttons 2 times. There is a mouse over effect in place that switches to another graphic. The other graphic has yellow coloured text. (about_us_y.gif)

It's actually a mouse out not a mouse over.

Cheers!
