    HELP!!!!!!!

     
    i have a Intel 810 MB(only has PCI no AGP slot) with integrated intel i752. Now i bought a new Geforoce 4 Mx 440 8x 128Mb(PCI).
    i installed into my MB and got a new PS 400W coz i thought that 250W is not enough.

    When i boot up and after loading the WINDOW XP logo thing with a black background, the whole screen went black and hang there.

    Is my MB compatible with my GPU?If not is Geforce FX 5200(PCI) compatible?

    By the way , im using VGA cable to VGA slot in my LCD or should i use DVI to VGA cable?

    Can you boot into safe mode?
    It sounds like the tft panel can't handle what's coming from the adapter.

    i guess it's too late, but 250w is enough for gf4 mx.

    Try to log in Safe Mode.
    Reinstall the Drivers.
