video card issues

i am having a problem with my radeon 9600xt video card.

i have not been able to get a signal to my monitor.

today i noticed that my fan is not spinning on the video card.

my question is can the fan be replaced?

and if it can with which fan?

the card is a refurbished card from newegg and has passed the 15 day return date.

So you cant boot up at all, right? I am not sure if that card needs a power connector...but if it does try swapping one for another. Can you confirm its not the motherboard itself but swapping in another card? Is the card seated correctly? Can you pop it out and try and clean the connectors and reseat it?

I feel your pain man....just throwing out some logical stuff you may not have tried. Good luck.
