I'd really like to know what this is. I know it's an NVIDIA, but don't know if it's an MX 420, 440, or 460. Or if it's an MX anything. Maybe Quadro?

IMO, easiest way is to take off the heatsink, and look for the core revision/version number. Then google it.
But to me, it looks like a FX 5200.. |

There were MX440s with Dual DVI so it's still possible. Some GeForce FX 5200s are fanless so it also could be that.

That card looks just like my FX5200, except my card doesn't have a DVI like yours does.
Not to jack your thread but what kind of camera do you have? That's an excellent picture. |

a near exact match - 64m fx5200- http://www.evga.com/products/moreinf...02-T3&switch=6
why dont you run 3dmark03, see if it runs test 4 and the ps2.0 test.
edit:
from what i can find if its not an fx5200nu, from the pcb its prolly an mx4000, if not, what you said, a 440.

It's not mine. Somebody sent me the pic. I think he's just going to have to install it and see what it is. A good session of AIDA32 should do the trick.
I think it's an OEM MX440 myself. It closely resembles on from an HP, I believe this one is from a Dell Dimension 4500. |
