| Here we go again.
In my opinion, the best video card is something that can do everything very good without costing too much. In this case that would be what I currently have: XFX 5900XT. |

While the newer generation card don't have the best values, they still do very well. Remember the Geforce FX 5800 ultra was $700 when it came out. I think the only thing worth waiting for at this point would be the Geforce 6800(non-ultra) for $300.
X800pro=$400 http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage....9&type=product | nice, i guess thats not bad then. so do you know when the 6800 is going to come out and cost $300? because 300 is about as much as i'm willing to spend.
strange that it cost more at newegg: http://www.newegg.com/app/viewProduc...102-363&depa=0

I said MSRP prices, we will not see the prices get there for at least a month. |

GeForce6800, tell your parents that in order for you to TRULEY 'relax', you need them to buy a new video card for each and every member at TechIMO...the fact that we don't have the latest and greatest hardware causes you great pain, and you need to ease that pain...or else your grades will suffer...and since money is no object. |
