Is it possible to change the memory interface on the 9600SE to 128?

No, you can't upgrade the memory on modern video cards.

No, you can't change the card from 64bit to 128 bit, this is hard coded into the chipset.

Sorry, the only way to upgrade is possibly to run the Omega drivers and softmod the card.
