GeForce 6800 Ultra is my obsession.... i had enought of looking at it on the internet i need to have it bwhahahahahaha....

6800 as I am also going to buy that after much research and convincing from good people like yourselves. Execpt that I am having dificulty with the availability of 6800 by ASUS. Following are the DABS prices

* GeForce 6800 Ultra = £364.99 inc VAT

* GeForce 6800 GE = £263.98 inc VAT

* ASUS GeForce 6800GT 128MB DVI = £219.99 inc VAT

* ASUS GeForce 6800 128MB DVI = £190.98 inc VAT

I can't help you much, since you live in the UK try ordering from newegg.com see how much it would cost to ship the 6800GE to the UK, hey what do you know, it could be cheaper with the shipping then it is in the UK

but... errrm..... the 6800GT is faster, cheaper, better

There is no ASUS 6800 128mb; there is a 6800GT w/256mb (V9999GE) and the 6800 ultra w/256mb (V9999 ultra deluxe).

The guy gave pros for both cards for the creator of the topic. He also said that the 6800 was a great card for the buck. We dont need you to resay what he said.

ATI has long fixed its driver problems. Its mostly a performance race for the two, everything else is almost the same otherwise.

If I were going to get one right now, which I would if I had a desktop, I would go with the 6800. It beates the x800 in some games, and the fact that it's cheaper.
