Ati radeon 9200se + nVidia TNT2 16MB PCI

i have a problem in windows XP .. just reinstalled it .. the main VGA card is an Ati Radeon 9200 SE Dualhead AGP adapter and the secondary VGA adapter is a Nvidia TNT 2 16 MB PCI adapter .. the problem is they work fine separately but when i start windows with both of them the TNT2 PCI one says it's working fine but doens't ....
1st picture i attached shows what the control pannel display applet says:
but the drivers are the latest ones on the nVidia website .. tryed with older ones but the same thing happens...
2nd picture shows the device manager ... it nothing's wrong....
If anyone can help me regarding this .. please do Thanks in advance.
