| Overclocking GeForce 6800 GT
Hi, I wanted to overclock my GeForce 6800 GT some, I know it can be done. I also thought that the 6800 GT had the overclocking (manual) option right on the properties for the card. However, I am not seeing it anywhere... does anyone know how to overclock the GeForce 6800 GT through Windows? Thanks! |

All I see is Nvidia Analog Display, Nview Properties, and NVKeystone. I looked in Analog Display and there is stuff like temperature settings and what not, but I see no option for clock frequencies. This is all when I right clicked on the desktop. Its an EVGA GeForce 6800 GT. Dunno why its not there. Any suggestions? Do I need to further enable something? |

Maybe they are crazy people (sry for the pun intended )inching to overclock a graphics card which is already a top performer , to see those benchmarking ulities increase its score and some fps increase in the games ... |

So all that is left is the first part...

Ok everyone thanks!!!
Why did I want to know? Because I simply wanted to know how!! I saw that it was able to be done, and I saw that I couldn't do it with mine. So I was wondering if something is wrong with my card. Now that I know, I won't overclock my card, because I'm running Doom 3 on High Graphics, 1152x864, 4x AA with absolutely no lag. But thanks for the response anyway.
