Geforce 6800 Fan problem
I have the card with the duel fan and the right fan got jammed, and I tried to mess with it, and made it worse!!
Is their any place online that sells the cooler for this?
Thanks a lot!!
(If not I guess I can go back to try to fix it!)
Also if their is not an "exact" replacement, any other fans that could replace it? I dont want to burn this out already!!

Well I moved my computer and part of the fan got stuck so I tried to fix it, and messed it up bad! - Its the right side - but still worried with one fan going it will burn out!
The brand is Gainward.

WOW SWEET
Just contact the store where you bought it from, they have at least a 1 year warranty so you should have no problem getting the card working and being able to keep the awsome fan that the Gainward cards have

Out of stock at the moment though =/ Maybe keep an eye on it there or could try another store online.

Where the heck did you buy the card from!?
I could probably list a few coolers that MIGHT fit, but its gonna be true hell replacing the cooler!

I don't think anyone would replace that. You void the warranty by messing with it. However, you could just say it was like that when you got it

explain that to the vendor. and ask for a replacement.
nwo is right finding a suitable cooler will probably not be difficult..........replacing the original might be very problematical.........with a very real chance of much more serious damage being caused to the card.

Yes I contacted the vendor - they will not replace it. They said since I tampered with it, that I voided the warrenty.

RMA it back to newegg.com.... for an exchange. It is the company's fault that you HAD to mess with the fan in the first place. Stupid Gainward.
