| Intel Extreme Graphics 2 comparison
How does this chipset compare to A Nividia or ATI card? Can somebody give me a rough idea? |

just based on history it is not going to be near as good as a seperate vid card...the Intel xtreme graphics 1 wasnt very great..so I doubt the 2 is super great..plus of course it WILL load down the cpu some...so going to a seperate vid card will have better video PLUS it will take that load off of the cpu http://www.pcstats.com/articleview.c...id=1452&page=6

Intel Extreme Graphics are horrible. Unless you have a ATI Radeon 7000.  | |

I'm assuming these are integrated, and integrated sucks crap..they even have a hard time running something as simple as CS on opengl settings, i also think they take away from your system memory depending on how many MB the onboard is.. | |
