Graphics card upgrade

I'm looking to upgrade my current video card (Geforce 4 Mx 440 ) However, I don't have more than 150 Canadian (including shipping and taxes) to spend on it. I've found a Radeon 9600 Pro for $140 CAD and was wondering whether it would give me a good boost in performance for the money.

I don't game alot, but if I do it's often BF1942 and UT 2004.

Anyother cards that I should take a look at. Remember, I'm in Canada so American sites are off limits (the duties will kill the deal.)

well, its a LOT better than a mx440 thats for sure

it will do just fine. you could try to look for a 5700 ultra aswell

yep thats a really good price for the 9600 Pro and it sounds like it will fill your needs just fine

Yep, that will outpreform the mx440 by miles.
