The ATI 9800 AIW comes with a RGB connector for HDTV. You you can just buy the connector but I not sure about what graphics cards it works with.

ATI is or has come out with an HDTV card, too.

...but RGB connector won't work with component RCA cables mate...

Isn't there a decent graphic card (affordable ) out there with rca Component males on other end...

OR....how abt VIVO....if u r getting component wires through vivo port ... how's the quality...heh

If your using an HDTV you don't want to use RCA cables, you want to use RGB, not Red yellow white RCA.

Did you check the back of your tv? My TV is a HDTV and the high def connections are in the back, not the front.

Here are some pics of what the connectors look like

my HDTV has this connector for hdtv signal

(Y,Pb,Pr) 2 1080i/480p/480i

And I just need the best video quality from my PC on this HDTV as I intend to use it instead of a monitor...

I need a graphic card to go with the picture.

Y,Pb,Pr is another name for RGB (which stands for Red, Green, Blue). The link below is for ATI's adapter. ATI says that it will work with the 8500 on up. I would think, but don't know, that it would work with any card that has a DVI-I interface.
