| Ati Radeon X800 XT Platinum ED. (PCI-Express16x) I am so siked for this could be my christmas present, haha. its around 700$ and its a great working component. Im pretty sure its pretty new, but I heard pci-express 16x is pretty much equal with agp 8x but in the near futer, 2005 when programs are running with more bandwith, it'l pull ahead. |

my question is do you have mobo for that card, if you aint got the mobo the cards a waste of money buying the card, as far as i know pci express is an intel only affair as i have yet to see any vendors produce any mobo's for the amd cpu...
have fun
btw the cards need to be in tandum configuration if you want any benifit from the pci express card your getting, you will also looking an highoutput monitor with dvi connection on the back to get the full benifit of a good display... pleasing too the eyes |
