Vga Mirror Monitor Problem

Hi All.
I have a 21" VGA Mirrored Monitor ruuning on a PC. It is currently being used in a mame cabinet. The problem is:

The Monitor runs off a Geforce 2 MX 400 and there is no problem with the display apart from being back to front. I used "Nvidia Keystone" which switched the image around.

All windows built in applications work fine and are displayed the correct way. As I am using Emulators which require 2D/3D applications when the emulator programs run they are displayed "mirrored". Does anyone know a work around to make 2D/3D applications work in unmirrored mode (the right way round)???

Perhaps running the emu's through "direct X"??

Any suggestions would be greatly appreicated.
