Hey all i need a video Card. Help me please with this one
there are two choices to pick.
PNY GeForce FX 5500 - 128 mb
ATI Radeon 9250 - 256 mb
The 5500 says it requires 250 watt and has directx 9.0
the Ati has no min power but has 8.1.
If i get the ati can i upgrade to Direc X 9.0 ?
here is my specs.
Dell demension 2350
200 W power.
Celoron 1.7
1024 MB Ram
No Card 
No AGP Slot
1 PCI available.
please help
