Is he right?
I was talking to lancethepants the other day and he said that in order for an SLI graphics card to work your psu has to have a certain plug coming from it that hooks into the mobo. I'm not sure if he's right, is he?

well i'm pretty sure you need a PSU that has PCI-Express connectors. And you need an PSU that has two. A PSU that has two PCIe connectors has no other purpose but to serve SLI configurations. My other car is a T-34.

You were very informative but in order to keep things simple I can now go with the one I want. Unless you can find a psu that is blue and looks awesome in a transparent case.

That Antec with a blue LED would probably look great in your case.

I like the look of the X-Connect power cables, do you think there is another psu with those kind of cables?
Edit - I don't think it says on the site but they light up blue.
