nvidea gforce FX

does anybody know hoe to use the television out feature of this card? I have looked everywhere, even the nvidia website, but I cant find any info

You will have to adjust the resolution to what your TV can display.

Too high a resolution will mean a blank screen.

still hasnt helped, i got to pressing F5 four times, nothing happened

What are you running, Linux? or Win?
With Win you should be able to setup "dual display" in the "display properties">"settings" box-make sure you select TV as your second Display. Do you see the option? If not you will need to reinstall the drivers.

For linux They have several Linux programs that allow you to use the TV-out here is one:

ok, ive gone to settings but i see nothing about dual display. could you talk me through these steps, btw, i am on win XP home :-D

I didnt realize that for Nvidia (I have ATI cards) you have to go to the settings>advanced settings>(the card tab)>"nView Display Mode" to be able to set up dual display.
