Last choice!... nvidia 6200 or 6600?

This is the last choice I need to make on my new build...

Choice A: ASUS nVIDIA GeForce 6200 EN6200GE/TD128M Video Card, 128MB DDR -- $99.00
Choice B: Gigabyte GV-NX66128DP GeForce 6600 Turbo Force - $113.00

______________

Build: Athalon 3000+ skt 939 | 1 gig ram | RAID-1 | PCI-E mobo (Asus, nvidia nforce 4 ultra).

Goal: Ultra-fast office box... Photoshop, lots of multi-tasking. Now, if for $14 more, I could do some gaming, or impress my friends (a little) then I'd spend it of course, but question is, do I need it and if so what difference in performance will I see??
Thanks!

Read the review on the 6200 here: http://www20.graphics.tomshardware.c...208/index.html

Basically it's, as the article states, "fast name, slower speed" - a 'value' card from Nvidia. I think the 6600 would be the better choice for most games.

6600...

the number its self... 6600 is 400 more than the 6200

The extra pipelines make a big difference.

Yeah but that's the real 6200 he asked about not the 6200 TC. Right.

Anyway still go with the 6600 for that little price difference.
