ECS LCD Monitor Repair

Hey guys

Do any one of you know where to send ECS LCD monitors for repair?

I've looked on the ECS site and they responded that they do not make monitors (Why is thier name on the front of it then? gaa). Anyway.

I've tried desknote.net and sambyte.com that our supplier suggested but no go. I've e-mailed on-line stores RMA department at random and no luck.

I looked up Arch Technologies Inc. (Maunfacturer listed on the back of the monitor, I think that's the manufacturer) on the web no go.

I'm getting flustered seeing that I've been looking for over 2 weeks now.

Any ideas.
