huge bottleneck ahead. That processor is going to kill anything that the 6600GT can do. And that ram wow u need at least 512mb.

But phyical the card will work but dont expect good results.

that computer sounds old, im sure it has a 250w or below which is well below min. But im not complety sure.

What kind of computer is it? Is it like a Dell or Gateway or something name branded or its it custom built?

I would also go for the 6600GT. You will notice a HUGE difference in performance and graphics. I went from the MX 440 to a 5200fx and the difference is still stunning. Im actually thinking of getting that card too, the 6600GT.
