| can anyone help with what this cable is?
I have a black cable...
one end is a 9 pin S-video vid in-out
other end is a black sqare with these 4 connections :
s-vid in / comp in (white rca jack) / s-vid out / comp out (yellow rca jack)
can anyone tell me what this might be to... it also says:
Asus Multimedia
i can't seem to find it using "google" .. is it a "all in wonder" accessory ?
it's also new... and how much could i sell it for... (got it in a trade, don't need it)

Ah, that sounds like a "dongle" for a VIVO card.
Can you get a pic so we can make sure? I'm 99% sure it's a dongle, though. |

if u buy a bfg 6600gt it will come with a similar cable like that but more powerfull and better quality.u can do about many things with that.s-video is freggin great.u can even bring ur hd tv in ur monitor(only if u have bfg 6600gt).s video out meant ur desktop can be displayed on the tv.svideo in meant bring ur tv in ur monitor and watch cables in ur pc monitor (u need a tv card though but theres a alternate way to bring tv on ur monitor without the tv card i think).

yep, definately VIVO for the video card.
Its even labeled right on there...
S-VIDEO-IN and stuff.
You can use it to capture video / tv or ouput video to a tv / projector or whatever else. |
