| BFG GEforce 5500 fx 256MB
i got this card just a hour ago and i installed the nvidia drivers and it worked good then i desided to go omega and downloaded the latest omegadrivers and installed them but when i try to play a game or any kind of graphicall thing that i try my screen will start jumping and the colors are messed up so i tryd dna drivers but still the same..any of you know of a way to get around this thanks in advance |

just use a driver cleaner and use the normal nvidia drivers |

yeah but the normal nvidia drivers dont let me overclock or change stuff and there not as fast |

use normal nvidia drivers and then use coolbits, heres a guide and you can dl at a lot of places like guru3d you can oc with it( its what i use) http://oc3dmark.octeams.com/tip02.html
and as for them being faster, is the difference even negligible(sp?)
with the nvidia drivers your games will actually work right  |

thanks for the coolbits and the link,as for the normal drivers play better in games ive been using omegadrivers for 3 years and i just went to use normal one and i will say omega works better for what i do lol IMO but i will try coolbits |

well i did the coolbits enable thing but when it says click on Additional Properties mine isant enabled haw would i enable it |

did you edit the registry like it showed in that guide i linked?
btw: once you do get it enabled right click on desktop>Nvidia Display>clock frequency settings and set it to manuel |

are you trying to get to the nvidia display in the control panel or are you right clicking on the desktop
and i don't know how to post pics either, lol |
