Will my PSU handle this new GPU?

Will my PSU handle a 6800. It's a 350 watt Antec, w/ 21 amps on the 12V rail. Anyways, here are the rest of my specs-
AMD Athlon XP 2600+
Asus A7V600
eVGA 6800
Seagate 40 GB HDD
Another 160 GB HDD
1 GB RAM
Aspire X-Infinity Yellow, w/ 5 fans (4x80, 1x120)
LG CD-RW
Sony DRU-710A
Sony Floppy
Will it handle it? Or, do I need a new one? It's part of the Smartpower Series.

its not a good idea to try a 6800 Series card with anything less than 400W and 20 Amps on the 12V rail.

I ran a 6800 Ultra on a Antec 380 for about 4-5 months. It limited my overclock, but otherwise ran great. Your 350 should be fine.

21A is plenty, and Antec is great, so you should be fine
