    128mb. 256mb. 6600gt

     
    hi. i have a 6600gt. what are the advantages of having more ram. I know its better for higher resolutions. is that it? And also would my 6600gt be fine for todays games?

    Your 6600GT should do fine for todays games, but this depends on what the rest of your specs are.

    I mean, if you have an Athlon 1Ghz with that card then you'd be seriously bottlenecking your card with the cpu.

    So the question is, what are the rest of your specs??

    lol. Man make your own thread and then say what you want. though you have to get a program, most likely download one. Dont overclock to much otherwise you will damage it. And make sure you have good cooling.

    Anywho.....
    My specs are

    Amd 64 3200+ 939
    MSi 6600gt
    Nforce 3 ultra
    1.5gig ram.
