| help me please (i am a noob)
I am having trouble getting my graphics card to 'start', as my computer calls it. when i go into device manager it says "Device status: this device cannot start. (code 10)." I think as a result of this and ever since i fixed my crappy computer by wiping it and putting on windows 2000, the graphics are absolutely terrible. The computer told me at some point that i was running in 4 bit colour.  I read the sticky for new users but when i downloaded and ran pcwizard to help answer the questions that the sticky said should be included in a post it appears as though the graphics arnt good enough to display ne thing on pcwizard so i get a big blank program with lots of grey.

From wat i remember of the stcky (because i cant seem to find it any more) i hven't given enough info but feel free to ask me for wat ive missed and i shall try and get it  hope someone can help
