I was cruising around on ebay and found a dual chip 6600gt 256mb

I went to gigabytes japanese site and found this http://www.gigabyte.co.jp/nippon/3d1/3d1.html

Well, it has 2 6600GT chips on it, but it has to be on a certain motherboard to work, and it's restricted by a single 128-bit interface and 128 MB of RAM.
I think I made a thread on it.

Oops, it does have 256.
But, I do know it's restricted by 1 memory interface.
I'd just wait for 7600's, though.

About when the 7600's come out, in Fall [October-ish]. I think.

the dual 6600GT is just like having 2x6600GT cards in SLI mode, it gives the same benefits except that it uses only 1 PCB.
