Question from a Newbie ... Is this really a Sapphire card?

Hello. I'm planning on buying my first seperate video card. After a bit of research, and considering my other specs, which are slightly outdated: AMD Athlon 1.3ghz, 512mb of RAM ... I am looking at the ATI Radeon 9600 series, which seems to get a good rep generally in the reviews and user opinions I have seen.

The Sapphire cards in particular seem to be well regarded. I have seen this card on ebay, which is advertised as a Sapphire Radeon 9600 XT:

... Is this really a Sapphire card? All the pictures I have been able to find of the same card look remarkably different, see the sapphire website below:

It would be great if someone who knew about these things, could help me out, before I think about bidding on it. I did a google image search on Radeon 9600 XT and I couldn't find a single image, that looked the same as the one on ebay.

Also, how would people rate the Radeon 9600 series, based on my specs? Does it seem like a good choice? Realistically, I wouldn't be hoping to run the most demanding games I suppose. I might like to try playing Half Life 2, on low settings. That would probably be about as advanced as I would be expecting to get, I'm not hoping to be able to play Doom 3, Battlefield 2 or anything ... though I would love to as they look cool as.

Cheers ... Sorry if any of that sounded stupid

It isn't Sapphire, it's Connect 3d, which isn't bad.
