SLI single-GPU, multi-GPU, or antialiasing

What is the best setting in a SLI set-up use Forceware 80...SLI rendering single GPU, mutil-GPU, or SLI antialiasing? Still trying to get used to nvidia .

Single gpu would ony use 1 graphics card...multi would use both...never heard of the other one. :s

Okay...when I get the chance to game again, I will try it with the SLI antialiasing rather than the multi-GPU.
