Every FPS counts as far bullet registration, getting the shot off first, eye candy, etc. If there are new drivers that improves the capability of my hardware I will use it. If it decreases performance, then I will go back to what worked. In this case, an increase happened.

I have windows xp media edition. THerefore, should i not get the new driver? I have a 6800 anywayz and it doesnt say any improvemts.

1. the upgrade is for Windows XP/2000
2. Adds support for GeForce 7900 GTX, GeForce 7900 GT, and GeForce 7600 GT

Will the driver work correctly if i have windows xp media center edition?
Would hate to screw things up...

i dont think ti would be wise doing that, since the 2 OS's are listed seperatly on nvidias driver selector thingy, probably for a reason.
