One card (the cheaper one) is OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer). Typically OEM products do not include documentation or warantee. For $10 bucks more i would just get the retail, but thats just me.

They both run off of the Radeon X850XT chipset, so yeah, same card.

In my experiences most OEM products don't come with a warranty, or at least the warranty is not as long as the retail version. Look at CPU's, retail amd processor has a 3 year warranty. As far as i know, oem doesn't come with any warranty. You have to look carefully before you buy to make sure.

which is faster ? the X850XT or the 7600GT ? :P

didnt know X850xt price has come down alot ..
damn x850xt doesnt come with SM3.0 sad..

CPU's are a different creature...
They extend the warranty if you use THEIR retail HSF...
That way, if you mess it up with an aftermarket, they're not liable...
