| 9200 128mb or 9550 256mb or 9800 pro 128mb!
Hey, I dont know much about graphic cards at all but my computer came with a 9200 128mb AGP and it plays San Andreas and Metal Gear Substance fine but wont play games like need for speed very well.
Would it make a difference if i got a 9550 256 mb or a 9800 pro 128mb? I can get the 9800 used from a friend with a nice fan for less than 100 or the 9550 new for about 100.
If anyone can help me it would help a lot. Thanks in advance!
Im running a P4 2.79ghz 1500mb Ram. |

Thanks, so between 9550 and 9800, 9800 wins even though its half the memory? And also will it be worth it to update from the 9200? THANKSSSS |

The 9800 Pro is EASILY the best card out of the three.

Definately don't expect to run newer games at the highest settings and the high resolution
Card is still a great mid range card, but it's aging now and newer games are always stressng older hardware.
Nonetheless, it will be like a whole new computer compared to your old videocard Just for security reasons, what power supply is your pc using?
