Computer: Dell Dimension 8300, 3.2Ghz P4 HT, 1GB DDR
Current Graphics Card: ATI Radeon 9800 Pro
I'm looking to upgrade to one of these
BFG GeForce 6800 GS OC 256MB GDDR3 TV-Out/DVI (AGP)
Gainward BLISS GeForce 6800 GS Goes Like Hell Edition 512MB GDDR3 TV-Out/DVI (AGP)
Leadtek GeForce 7800 GS 256MB GDDR3 TV-Out/DVI (AGP)
PowerColor ATI Radeon X850 XT 256MB DDR3 VIVO TV-Out/DVI (AGP)
Haven't upgraded this before but I want it specifically for gaming - Far Cry is getting too jerky...
Any recommendation will be great, Thanks

if you can afford it, go for the 7800GS
What power supply does your dell currently have in it?

Its the standard one that came with it? Does this affect things? |

Have a look at the topic I made, "Have you seen this AGP 7800GT yet?", further down the page! That's the best AGP card on sale by some distance. |

£200 was kind of my limit as I want to buy some more ram too. Is that one really worth the extra £80? |

Assuming you mean the 7800GS, then yes. Current generation.
Although, the 6800GS isn't bad, but the 7800GS is a much better buy. |

Pretty much *anything* -> quality brands only with at least 400W on it... I'm thinking your MoBo's got a 24pin connector... so the vast majority would work....
FSP, Antec, OCZ, Thermaltake -> all make quality PSU's....
FSP is the most affordable with a 400W PSU setting you back about 25 to 30GBP...

Keep in mind it is a proprietary Dell system - standard ATX2.0 PSUs may not fit correctly. You'll want to double check before spending a lot of money on one.
