The 6800gt is out of production, hard to find, and expensive when found, but the 6800gt is decent for agp nowadays.
How much can you spend? There are better options out there for agp other than those two.
Also, what power supply do you have?

I'd get the 6800GT, but if you feel like overclocking, the x1600Pro 512 can be really fast.
And, as asked before, what's your Power Supply. Include brand, wattage, and amperes on the 12V rail(s). Its on the sticker on the PSU. |

X800GTO or 6800GS.... either one should be just fine.... the 6800GS is slightly better - though more expensive too -.... so it's your choice....

That's the wrong label. Its on the inside of your PC.
The 230 V is your input power Voltage. |
