Just an update screen is AWESOME! No dead pixels and gaming on it is super!
No ghosting and doesn't hurt my eyes/head  |

That depends on what you're trying to do. The VX2025wm uses P-MVA. See the comments earlier in this thread regarding P-MVA technology. In general, it's a good compromise between TN and SIPS, and IMO Viewsonic is a very reputable brand. |

| Surfing and occasional games
I'd mainly be using it for web surfing, displaying photos and occasional mobie and games such as Command and Conquer Generals. I currently have an 11 year old 19" Gateway 2000 monitor that seems to be dying when too much white on the screen. |

What in the world is the difference between a VX2035wm and a VG2030wm? Difference in the display that is; not the .5 watt per speaker difference :-P

P.S. I have to type this in notepad because as soon as I start typing in firefox it crashes. Anyone else have this happening? It happened the other day on the WoW forums too. |

my crt is going, can anyone recommend a good 19" lcd that's at least 1600x1200. I won't be doing any gaming on it or watching movies |

I won't be doing any gaming on it or watching movies | I think you'll find 19" LCD's are either 1280x1024 for standard 4:3 format or 1440x900 for 16:10 widescreen models. 1600x1200 isn't an option. |
