ASUS EN7300GS Heat Issues...
I just got a new system, an AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800+ on an ASUS A8N-E and, of course, an ASUS EN7300GS 256mb video card.
I'm having some heat issues with the video card. At idle it's sitting at 57C which seems absolutely ridiculous to me. When I'm gaming it can get up into the high 60's. This can't be healthy for the card in the long-run and is already giving me stability issues. The case is cool enough itself but this card heats up so much it's insane. Even at idle when I've just started the computer it's already super hot.
Anyone else out there with this card having similar issues? Seems to me like it might be an issue with how the HSF is sitting on the chip and I'm tempted to just exchange the card or return it altogether. Any suggestions/similar experiences?

well at 3 in the mornin with 3 fans and an AC my card is at 50 and its a 7900GT, so i dont think its that bad. but then again the 7300 should not be as hot or hotter than a 7900.
so nothing bad i dont believe.
if you do return it i would recomend if you can get something a little better, cuz thats not a very high end card.X2-4400 2.4Ghz
