Yep!!
But to be a little more specific in helping you, what are your system specs, if you know them? or is it a Dell, Gateway, etc, if so whats the model #
Yea usually when you purchase a video card whether it be Nvidia, ATI, or another brand then usually always come with a drivers CD and instructions on how to load it. Do you have a card you bought that you want to install?

sounds like an OK computer, but dont go buying a PCI-Express card with that motherboard because it wont work with it, your computer should have an AGP slot, am i correct? if not then you'll just have to get a PCI card...
You dont want to jump on ebay and get a very nice graphics card for that computer because it will become a huge bottleneck with your system...
OK computer < great card doesnt help the card perform its best
When its time to upgrade your computer, depending on what your gonna be doing with it, you will probably be getting a PCI-Express motherboard since all the new processors are being developed for motherboards that use PCI-Ex, if so then you will need to ditch the AGP card and invest in another card...
Do you plan on playing any games when you get a graphics card, if so what games? I just want to make sure that your computer will be able to play them.. |

You actualy don't need a CD. You can download the drivers from the internet, this has advantages because it has the latest versions of the driver. Just make sure to uninstall all the video drivers before you put in the new one.

Like GiPilot12 said, it is important to uninstall the old drivers, especially if you are changing chipset types( ie. ATI to Nvidia). Sometimes uninstalling the drivers with windows is not enough, so I always use Driver Cleaner.
Follow their directions.

Your system will be fine with that card, after you get it find your way to www.nvidia.com and download the latest drivers |
