Can you purchase upgraded Mobile GPU's, such as a nVidia GeForce Go 7900, to replace one you currently have in your laptop? If so , where can you purchase them?

Only a very select few laptops video cards can be upgraded

what laptop do you have.

120GB HDD
2GB Ram
nVidia GeForce Go 7200
Windows XP Pro w/ SP2
