i upgraded my agp card.
in retrospect it was a bad idea.
my card is good enough for the games on fairly high setting, but my ddr ram is seriously holding me back.

I didn't think any AMD based boards supported DDR2, i thought that was only for Intel chipsets.

You can build a nice core 2 duo machine right now for around $800

well AM2 chips do support DDR2 but it would be foolish to get one concidering the performance of the core 2 duo

well if I upgrade the Mobo I'm not thinking I'll do the chip... it works well and I have no need for a newer one.. besides I have 2 freakin old mobos/chips hanging around with nothing to do as is, I don't need another one. |
