Major Graphic card problems, can't play games, jumpy scrollbar etc.

Hi. I'm no expert with computers so I have resorted to asking you peole for help over my graphic card problems.

This laptop I'm using previously belonged to somebody else, but before I did a total restard on the laptop the video card worked fine. After restarting it, there was no video card or sound card installed. After searching the net I found a suitable sound card driver and now the sound works fine. But I have been searching for weeks for a video card driver and none of them work. The error messages that come up say the system doesn't have the right specs etc. I don't even know if that's what I need to get it working. I've tried installing chipsets but I don't think they work. I'll show you a few screenshots.

I have absoloutley no idea what I need to do.

I'm not sure if the laptop came with a disk to install the video and sound card?

I just want a video card installed so I can play the sims 2. :'( Can anyone help? Thanks.

one of those might work other than that its pretty hard to help without knowing the make model of the laptop you might wanna help us out there

Ok, I don't really know what you need to know but I'll tell you some bits.

Its a Tiny laptop.

Those are just a few bits of info I saved. If you need to know any other soecs just ask me because I really don't know what I'm looking for. xD Thanks

Well if those don't work we'd need to know what the make {dell, hp, acer, toshiba ect} and model number is of the laptop.
