a 350W or 400W would do fine. No since in putting something like that in there, you'll never use it.
I would first get the card and see if the one already in it will work. You'll probably find it runs fine.

And BTW, that card there should work, it way just not work right.
Actually: Saphire 9550
I realised that that 7600GS was an 8x only card... This was the best I could find on there for 4x/8x

ATi 9700 Pro or GeForce 4 Ti4600 I would say.
Now, you could get an ATi 9800 XT or GeForce FX5950, but neither would run at their max speed. They'd only run at 4X AGP which I think would be a bit of a waste. |

Actually ER, 4x agp vs 8x agp is a crock full of lies.
I put my overclclocked x800pro down from 8x to 4x and even in benchmarks, the performance was equal.
I'd say a good upgrade for that system would be a 6600gt personally. |

Not really... Most AGP cards even today cant get close to the 8x bandwith... An older card like a 9xxx or FX card wouldnt be affected much by going from 8x to 4x (A few FPS only).
Edit: SoloCamo beat me to it

Okay, I see what you're saying. The 8X cards will run relatively close to their 8X specs in 4X mode. The bandwidth will be lower, but the performance will still be close.
It's been a while since I really looked at video cards. I have a 9600 AIW and Ti4600, so that should tell you something there. |
