Evry time i change resolutions it gets a bit better... more details and stuff... but what can be done? I tried to reinstall the drivers , but it doesnt work ... I have WINDOWS XP in french and the install goes very smooth ... no errors.. also changement of video systems also effects my tv screen image.

You need SECAM (or possibly a PAL variant, if SECAM is not available) if you are in France. Display on a TV set is typically poor quality to begin with. Usually your software will have an anti-jitter setting which can help a little.
